a spinbrush motor is exactly what it says lol It is the motor out of a crest spinbrush. you take out the stock motor and the spinbrush motor out of the brush, you resolder the spinbrush motor and put it in. supposedly you get the equivelant of the stage 2 motors, but the S/B is a little more torqueier than the stage 2. a very good mod if you ask me
