whats the best raceing motor? like i got infintig35 and i got steering and spring upgrade and metalball bearings i want my xmod to go like 30mph so does any body know what i need for that speed?
ouch... yeah my motor is faster and cheaper then that PN racing stuff. They follow a traditional winding patter with 30awg. I use 28awg and run my wires on the outermost part of the armature. As a result I get more current flowing in beacuse of the thicker magnet wire and more torque beacuse the coils sit a little bit closer to the neos. Also I have a Fat armature in mine so thats a big plus. Oh n btw, thats not all that you need. You'll need capacitors and motor leads. (mine come with those standard)
Oh and those Li-ion won't supply that motor with enough current. Test my stuff out with 4xAAAs first and see how you like it. Its really fast for me and probably too fast for rcp racing. If AAAs aren't enough for you then pick up some Li-Poly. That is the stuff to buy. (make sure you get the high discharge rate stuff.... 10c)
I got one on sale for $30 shipped. its 33T regular armature with pattern windings in an atomic can. (28awg, neos, and ballbearings) extremly fast and probably what you're looking for.
thanks alot guys sry for takeing so long comp was wierd.
Atomic is a little high on prices. Your heading in the right direction. :)
Also take a look at ebay, but watch out for hype. The higher its stacked, the less performance you will actually get.
Just go to ebay and search for xmods.

If you're looking for some FETs($3.95) and Li-ions($14.95) from your picture, pm me.
If your racing, go handwound, I havent bought anything from nivlacs3z but I have seen his pics, they look like quality work.
XCRL.
ill be thinking thanks :)

sory for all 3 seeing witch one to use
I would go with a Li-ion setup, and a ball bearing can with Neo Magnets and 35 turns or less pattern wound armeture.
Last motor I purchased was from www.minizworkshop.com, but it seems that the site is down right now.
