ok, so in a previous post i had asked about the 320 turn ( I believe this is total turns ) motor i bought, not knowing much about motors.
to sum it up, i got the motor, barely moved the truck, put in the neo mags to have it not even be able to turn over free spinning. got fed up, put the stage 1 armature into the can with neos, it wouldn't turn over either. so i tried putting the 320t armature into the stage 1 can.. it worked, was slow.
I then put in my lithium poly's. now it moves pretty good. about half speed of my stage 1 evo car. but it also now has enough torque if i hit a phone book at the rite angle, i can crawl rite up and over it. book is taller than the tires.
so final judgment is unless you run poly, don't bother. i believe the issues stemmed from the can or endbell of the other motor.
i plan on trying out the neo's in the stage 1 and seeing how that turns out. or i may just put the neo's into my drift car.
i believe it was 40 gauge wire.
the neo's were included with the motor, but not installed. came with directions on how to swap them out.
inposible and neos in stage 1 works good for offroading...
I wouldn't say its impossible, but, you would need some pretty thin wire. I think that maybe a 100t motor could be done, but other than that, it would be slower than my grandma.

Still, 110T. 8O
Is past 100 even possible?
Yesterday, I put a 95T armature (it is PACKED with wire) in a BB can, and that in now in my huge-tire-ed Overland. So, it goes less than 3MPH at all times. 8O
If he sent you a motor can with neo's that doesn't work, return it. Or check the brushes.
