Hello, my name is Kevin. One of the things about me is that when I really like something I want to have the best of the best and I really like Xmoding. I was wondering if I can have advice on getting the best of the best speed wise. I have right now a evo chassie 350z with all the radioshack upgrades but from the research I have been doing, everyone has that. So my question what is the best of the best and what do I need, I have a solid job and I have no problem saving for the right things Thanks alot.
P.s In the research I have been doing especially on undergroungmods.com the x-2 pro motor and the stacked nelly turbos look great but they talk about stacking fets and I don't know what those are along with can you do this with a stock board.

Yeah, sorry for ranting about your parts without mentioning why. I am pretty sure that's what happens with the v3.0 as well, at least that's what I heard.
Also, do you make any requested custom aluminum chassis?

Oh, sorry, 'wasn't paying attention to this topic.
I meant that it isn't as good compared to stacked Nelly. Also, I have heard that the Spider's tend to have an overheating issue. That when you cut off your battery's connection after running your car, it gets hotter and hotter, and overheats.

If a Nelly turbo is hard to find, why not go with a spider v 3.0? You can get them at ausmicro.com for around $40.

stacking fet's is a tedious task but with helping hands and a steady soldering hand it can be done.i found that it wasnotashard as i thought it would be.

From what I have heard, the nelly turbo is hard to come by.
There is a tutorial in the tut section with pics that shows what it takes to solder FET's. Might want to check that out and see if thats a path you want to try.
Little buggers are somewhat difficult to solder, but not impossible. I had success doing FET upgrades to 3 different boards.

Stacking Fets Isn't that easy, if your lazy like me you should purchase Nelly Turbo and for the best performance you should get Liths, Aluminum parts, and lube you xmod. The motor type depends. If you race a X-2 Pro against a Stage 1 in a course with tight and curvy, sharp turns guess who will finish first? Stage 1 but if you do drag X-2 Pro VS Stage 1 the X-2 Pro will smoke the S1.

I don't know why you'd have a problem with Spider turbos...the ongoing thread about them at R7R leads me to believe that they are great performers. Seems that ph2t likes them(probably becasue it stops people bothering him about his Nelly. :lol: ).
Spiders, Ive never head a terribly good general opinion about them. But I guess its your only alternative to the Nelly now days, or a V2

No problem my friend. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion.
If you catch me when I send in a proto type order, I can get one in there for you, but you will have to give me the dimensions and such... Pretty limited to 2D though.
