Ebay has a lot of propaganda out there just to make money off of people. And the 120K RPM is one of scams... also the "turbo" motor cap. Just a bunch of BS....

A 120K motor doesnt exist in my honest opinion. Its all ebay propaganda, they just want you to buy it. Plus, it would be insane. Take your stock Xmod motor and multiply its speed by 4.44 and thats what it would be like.... on stock AAA ni-mh? I think not.

And on li-ion it would be so fast it would prolly break apart at speed.

But to answer the main question, you wont need more than a 2x2 stack. And if you do, go with a Stacked Nelly.... just to make your quest for speed almost limitless.

Well i dont have the xmod yet its getting shiped in a few hrs and i wanted to get it ready before it gets here thats why i was asking. I have to put a new board and every thing so i was just gonna start on it. But thx and can we plz stay on topic. THX

Second give us an amp draw
Third look in the FAQ for FET amp limit
Fourth make calculations (if motor draws 14 amp, and each fet handle 7, use a 2x2 stack may be 2x3)
Fifth stop asking stupid questions, look in the FAQ (this is why XMW isnt respected among other RC forums) :roll:

BTW a 120k rpm motor on ebay, if you think is worth it, you are a fool.

as for # of fets. that depends on the amp that is draw by the motor...
(if you have a deep pocket full of $$$ then go with nelly, v2.2... etc...)

question is, where in the heck did u get that motor 8O 8O 8O
