im using the motor from the ssmt. it works fine. im using it on an evo truck and the board is holding up fine. if you do use it, its a lot of hacking up to install that motor. i dont think its enough torque for the application i have tho.

I was thinking about that too. It is going to take alot of cutting to get the motor in there. I think it should have more torque given the size of it. I got the high speed upgrade. the off road up grade was all gone. I,m thinking about putting the motor in my lith-ion gen 1. It fits perfect in there. need to make a custom mount though. I'm going to check the amps on this motor soon. Need to find time.

I really doubt it will blow the fets, It not a "HOT" motor. The only motors that will blow your fets are motor with high amp draw, motors with low turns.

Bump :D any one know if there fets and electronics are better or worse?
