low front high back

ok i got the evo 67 fire bird i want to make the frnt low n the back high will this effect the steering radious?
on the front body clip, u see the 2 holes where the display stank clipped it?
its like

carve out the space inbetween the 2 holes. this will make for a 2mm drop. check out my mustang in the mustang GTR thread, i htink page 13 has the one where i lowered it this way. i have no rubbing

It wont affect the steering radius, but the wheels will most likely be hitting againt the wheel well. I have the rs liftkit that coems with the bodykit on my firebird, and it hits the wheel well.
can ne1 help me?
