You can go to walmart and get the Custom Decal system from testors i didnt pay to get the online upgrade, but it is a small, small, extreamly small selection, but the only thing I like about it is that as long as you know the scale size you can copy and past anything into the program and make your own, but another down side is when I made my decals it prints it out on that thin decal paper ( but easily fixable ) plus if you try to save in the program it self it will save it but when you open it again your decals disappear (also easy to fix) I mean its an inconvinience on many levels but works ok ( plus it was only like 5.00)

(my motive for buying it was cause i needed somthing to scale the pics to fit the car)

buy an HCI or Super Street magazine, they have some awesome paintjobs you can have someone do as a decal for you
