what is the cheapest and easiest thing to do to make ur xmod go faster besides buying a new motor..

Try asking more specific questions.

Read around the forums, everything has pretty much been tried already.

Either get another motor, add more cells to increase voltage, make the car lighter, or reduce friction on moving parts. Thats it.
