Now you've got me really confused...you do know it is a replacement of your stock fets to allow for serious amp flow from your batteries, right?
The deal is:
1. You cut off your stock fets and carefully desolder the rest.
2. You arrange the coloured wiring on the fet pads and solder in place(the tutorial at ausmicro will show you which colours go where)
3. You solder in place the power supply wires to the power leads on the ep.
4. You solder in place the motor leads onto a motor's positive and negative leads.

www.ausmicro.com has a full instructional on the install.
