don't ask me about the weird name... i just picked the most random word that could work. grey = no color = my name, and scale racing = xmods (well, kinda). :lol:

so anyhow, i'm recruiting members; i will start up a private forum for members' discussion, and anyone else who wants to join :wink: but i'm still working out the kinks and so the forum's not quite 'ready' yet.

there will be no age cut-off; but anyone who wants to join will be subject to a "background check" by me first, and later on other members too. this check consists of team members reading most of the applicant's previous posts; acceptance is based on the applicant's demonstration of good sense and at least a little bit of knowledge. a particular specialty (electronics, motors, suspension, drivetrain, chassis, etc.) is a plus, as well as an open mind :)

i already have a list of some xmodworld/infernal members who i would like to join; however, they may or may not want to, and so i (edit) may send them a pm asking about it.

edit #2: forum is up and ready, the link is in my sig pic. for now registrations will have to go through me, because i need to pick members that will help me decide the next members.

Hey, Id like to join, but I havent posted much on this website. Ive been a member of Xmodsource for a while, but after that hacker, most of my posts are gone...

Alittle about myself: Im 17, and I own four Xmods, and buying up as many as I can. Im good with custom fab work and model mounting, as you can tell by my sig. Im also good with electronics and starting to get into painting.

GSR membership

I want to give a go at joining GSR. As you know, I have been into xmods for almost 2 years now ( I love them) and have a great knowledge about them. I have done many projects and tried all types of stuff (as you know ;)) I own over 35 of these, and provide a sufficient amount of knowledge. Just because im young, doesnt mean im immature and dumb.
SO I want to give it another go.

P.S. Ohh im so psyched about the dual 180 motor xmod. I got everything except li-polies and pro-ready-ep and 1 mrs4 engine. Im starting the chassis today hopefully. Just have to go get me some plexi glass. :)

GSR's been around for over 11 months now. and i plan to keep this team for as long as humanly possible! :)

I'm interested in joining...

Mods I have done:

Hummer
6 Cell
Heatshrunk Antenna (lol)

Civic
Li-ons
Cat5 antenna
2X2 stacked FETs
Painted body

I know it's not much, but for my hummer, I have li-ons coming, somewhere in shipping, and an acmemods chassis.

I probobly won't get in, but it's worth a try.

it's very subjective... even if you only have RS upgrades you CAN join, as long as we can tell you know what you're doing, and that you have the potential to do so much more. we had a member make a working car out of popsicle sticks, lol...

and while a lot of us like to drift, there's no set order of who does what.

hmmm this sounds interesting, but i don't think i'm worthy yet.
maybe when i finish my six cell+other "stuff" DC5R i will, but please consider me.

right now i have a beater car 350z, and a show queen nsx-r (complete with black top) in the works, when my DC5 is done it will be my rdedicated racer.

i wouldn't recommend asking to join now, give it a month or two. you have a good head on your shoulders, a month should be long enough to show everyone you have it.

i'm not in GSR, but i know how people are chosen, Color0 told me himself.

But like TuNeR1989 said, be patient, they don't let just anyone get in the team. Also, you probably won't know if your in or not till a month after or so, i had to wait 2 months till i found out i wasn't in.

hey coloro i would like to join. i am really good with RC cars and i know my way around this site really well. i know how to make custom things with taking a wing from an nsx and making it fit an rsx to make it look like it was made for the rsx. :? lol. i can make websites also! i have 1 working xmod and a parts xmod and a Kyosho nitro Wild Dodge Ram.

can i join? i need a team. i came up with some clever mods like a bodylift/f-150 body fix. i have customised my cars so badly its just that i cant afford anything fancy like li-lons or alloy parts. i paint alot of my cars and rewireing them (like taking out the switch(bypass)lol dobble pratheses!). heres a topic of what i can do.

hello, i know it says newbie but ive been here many times before. i usually post on xmodin.com or xmodsforum.com so here it goes:
i have been into xmods for 1 year now they are awesome.
well i don't know if im considered good enough but i have a skyline although it was fried.so now i have just bought a evo mustang and it has a atomicmods fatboy motor a.k.a. pn racing anima and once i get an fet upgrade i will install my lithium quick kit. i also plan on all wheel drive,gpm alloy when it comes out,bearings and many other things one reason im here is cuz i think this is the best place for me to apply. i live in socal and im also here to show people what a "tiny little"xmod can do.
