this is 100% correct
I am good friends with some people high up in "Radioshack HQ" and they checked the stock numbers and inventory, and listed on there inventory for the end of august (which means shipments will be at stores end of september, early october) the listed products are
THE 2006 NISSAN TITTAN
THE 2006 SCION TC
and a new upgrade for trucks called
RACING WHEEL TIRE UPGRADE
These are all that radioshack has listed for shipments, everythign else are just rumors, thought i'd help everyone out and let them know what to expect, i will keep everyone posted when i find out more

doesnt matter though. Radio Shack is an at will employer. They can fire someone for just about any reason they want. And posting on Radioshacksucks is one of those reasons. Not that i am a member of that site or anything :oops: .

Well im not a manager...but to be honest, i cant wait for the managers to leave for the vegas trip. We always seem to do better in sales when she goes on vacation and when she;s not belittling us infront of customers.

They aren't even in the RSS yet. When the first wave of evo's came out, the xmods were in the RSS about a month before they hit stores, and they were orderable about 2 weeks before they hit stores.
So im guessing atleast a month before they are availible. We got our tags for LCD tv's and the 2 new xmods today. All are showing as Invalid at the moment, but im guessing they will post up in the RSS after all the managers come back from the Vegas goldern quarter meetings in late august.

my store is in the black frickin hole of all the radioshacks, i dont get any tags for these cars, lcd tvs, we have no laptops, nothing! and nobody returns xmods to my store either (nobody buys em either thats different) when i got this job i thought i could get all the returns with like broken bodies and stuff and have extra chassis? nope. :( not much of an inside source either, i know more than my manager about everything, except pressuring techniques for cell phones. did we hear anything about any new car shells being released as well? i could go for that in a heartbeat!

Yeah, thats cool that new xmods are coming out. I wish they would make certain other cars though. The tc and titan are both eye appealing in there classes so it makes sense that rs would go with new appealing cars.

Yep, our store didn't get the perforated tags in yet. But when i typed in the sku in the tag wizard, both descriptions came up as expected. Cant wait till they show up for D2U order so i can get mine. I know my manager wont order any unless they are forcefeed.

it's not on the most recent (today's) shipment because i checked the packing list. It's still not in the rss so i'd say at least another week or two. if september comes and they're still not out i'll be surprised.

oh theyre perforated, i couldnt see that. alright, ill believe that then. the only thing thats bugging me is why you would have the tags so early? i didnt get anything like that at my store, unless you guys are gonna get them before everyone else to try the sale out or something

well, since the cars are in tag wizard as i've already noted yes they could have been. however in the top picture you can easily note the perforation lines (not the black lines that would accompany a tag wizard printout).
i have the tag sheet right next to me right now. name the pic that you want and i'll take it ;)

sweet, back to school(ish) sales? i dunno, but those tags up there i wouldnt take as proof, not because im a jerk, but because im a skeptic, and making a tag two months ahead of any release, or sign of a product is kinda strange, those tags could be made by anyone on tag wizard at the store. only people who care enough about these cars to find out from like one person in a distribution center even know about these cars, the stores have no idea. again, just being skeptical.

But there were Mini-z FD3S. To be precise they used the one from Initial D. They also did the brothers FC3S. So the molds are out there.
That's Mini-Z though, Kyosho and RS are two very different companies. If you really want an FD, your best hope is to get a Kyosho autoscale and find a way to mount it on an evo chassis. Someone has already done it, look in the body customization section.

I am hoping that the rumor on the RX-7 comes true. I own 2 real first gens and would love to have a 3rd gen rc. Or maybe a RX-8. As for the Titan it will be cool to have something other then a ford. I am suprised that gm has not had them make a Silverado SS yet. I also agree about the Hummer SUT. I am hoing that they make one but I also hope they dont as then my redneck hummer will not look as good

they're not in the RSS yet, which is why i didn't release sku's with my last post. but i too have seen the price tags. this is legit.
any doubters that work at radioshack can do a simple test:
Get on tag wizard >> throw in those two sku's >> tell us what comes up.

well it makes sense new xmods would come out because, the g35 has been on sale along with the firebird, RS only likes to keep 6 cars out because of the crystals so they try to prevent having same crystlas in different cars, so they are taking out 2 and putting in 2 more.

alright, every other thread on this has been locked because of truck wars, import vs domestic, so please lets keep this one going and stop the flaming. i hope they release more xmods car body shells as well to sell standalone, its been kinda boring as far as bodies, compared to gen1. two people are saying they can confirm it from inside radioshack, but no skus, i didnt get a chance to do research tonight at work, but ill see tomorrow. honestly, if its not ready for sale, they wouldnt issue a sku, and anyway, there is nothing new since i cycled manually through all the xmod skus and there is nothing new there, but there has to be something in their intranet

Haha, yeah right. Scion is part of Toyota, which produces the best selling car in America. They also have the renound record for the most reliable cars, rivaling Honda. You can argue, oh ford yada yada my car for 20 years, yada yada, but if you want some proof, go to Consumer Reports, and look at the worst used cars list and look at how many toyotas there are, then compare that to the rest of the companies. Also, while you're there, take a look at the new car ratings for scion, you'll be suprised. Oh, and just because a lot of people make their Toyotas, Hondas and Nissans all rice doesnt mean that all Toyotas, Hondas or Nissans are rice. I love Toyotas, I love Nissan(I drive one), and I also love Fords(my whole family has them, and I love my friends focus), so Im not biased, I am just looking at experiences. Sure, there are biggger trucks out there than a Titan, but that doesnt mean its not a truck. Anyway, I think the Tc will be nice, its a sharp looking car(In my opinion), just hope they dont do like color0 said and screw up the body kits again. As for the titan, good for them, not my first choice(still want a Land Rover) but it'll do.
