My mustang 06' beast finally drifts like a champ! Great traction and control yet drifts great :) If i get really bored and nothing to do, or if i remember to bring my camera to the mall tomorrow i'll record it drifting.

My set up:

Stage 2 motor (forgot diffs again XD)
Metal bearings [except front since the alloy knuckles HATE them ;_;]
front alloy knuckles
stiff suspension
hard gripped tires
AWD

I have alloy dog bones on the way for the front since the knuckles ALSO hate my plastic dog bones and they fall out every now and then >.<

Dig my ghetto unfinished paintjob :D I replaced the top with a BC part and the front grill i didn't paint because i got the body kit now and didn't want to do it if i was just going to change it. Also a black spoiler on too. (Not pictured yet) Oh also, in the 2nd picture. My camera picks up some much detail it actually looks better in person. You don't see all the glare spots and crusty stuff that's on the black windows. I'll eventually try and get another body and do a professional paintjob but thats after me and my friend get a airbrush for painting and after i get the chance to find a cheap mustang body. I might just buy a Mustang starter kit, steal the body for the paintjob and use the chassis for a car project -shrug-

i recommend if you drift get AWD and when your in a Comp. go reckless and crash into other cars as long as it isn't against the rules

Re: Successful drifting finally!

I went to the mall today (not enough time to record since we were in a rush for the RS sales) My gripped tires just have a little too much traction. So i gave in a bought some drift tires after seeing my friend play with them. It was HISTARICAL watching his little scion get batted around by my F-150 and my girlfriend's Subaru XD. One little push sent him flying in circles! Ahhhh anyways i guess it's time to start practice drifting with these tires. Just got my alloy dog bones too so i'll have no more interuptions from the plastic ones popping out.

It's fun. But not when it's all they ever do...

New jersey. Everyone here is a bunch of drunks or stoners who don't do anything to have fun or be human anymore. Just drink and get stoned to death. I hate it...

>.< My only competitor here is my best friend who is recently getting really addicted to them but he isn't the best of drivers yet and we don't have a track yet either. Only good place to drive is the mall. I wish i had more xmodder friends :/

Too bad you don't live in idaho, we could have a comp.
