o oops. my bad. i guess if i streched a chassis and lifed the body way up, or made them stick way out the side so the top of the tires would b over the top of the body.
8O that may work, if i flipped over i could still move.
Dude, get some aoshimas, they are really awesome for this scale, and fit very snug on xmod car wheels.

they look sweet though. i got my redneck version of swampers. i got these bigger lego tires and shaved down the width alittle bit and they get a great deal of traction and hav some huge knobs on them.
wat about these? they should b close to the custom drop kit wheels, but i think theyre to wide.

I'm 100% postive that both tires are hard solid rock because I have second one 49" Irok tires. Didn't work out very well to me but its good use for display on the plastic model kit. So you might want keeps looking around until find soft tires....
With a rock crawler (espesially a 4-linky, like your doing) tends to have soft, almost uninflated type wheels. This way, the tire "smushes" itself onto the surface of the rock, and creates more surface area, thus creating better traction.
Although, at this scale, I'm sure it won't make much of a difference...
RPP is a dealer of mostly car/truck/train models, and when you look at their tires they are typically plastic/hard rubber, not soft rubber like the Aoshimas.
Your only real way would be to buy a set and try. I've never seen these sets used on anything but models.
from where? i havent found a set 4 sale in awhile.
dont those run expensive? im really happy with my lego tires. they dont look as good but i would bet that they would out grip swampers.
You know, Moab should start making a series of micro crawler tires!

Those are WAY to big, their 1.9 tires, for 1:10th trucks. Look at the size of them, 95mm outer diameter, and 45mm inner diameter.

Almost positive those are rock hard. Wouldn't recommend them for R/C's. Great for static models, however.
