All you'll need is a good exacto or hobby knife, some tape or glue, and soda cans.

1) Cut around the can to get 1 big nice rectangular strip. Repeat for a few other cans
2) Optional: Flatten the strips in a clamp of some sort
3) Using a ruler if you want, neatly cut out thin strips (about 1/2 inch by 3-4 inches) and wrap and trim them around your bumper
4) Glue or tape them on
5) Repeat for the other parts of the car

Wheel wells I imagine would use the same process, just get a sheet and trim it to fit inside the wells.

If you need any more help go ahead and post here.

Thanks a lot!

Have you thought of actually trying something for yourself? It really couldn't that hard with a few tools and ingenuity. :?

The problem? I can't shape the soda cans! I mean, one guy made "drifting bumpers" for his '00 or '01 Mustang, and never posted HOW to make them!
