This tutorial is for anyone who needs it. If you don't know how to form a complete sentence, you should keep reading on.

I: BASIC TERMS
These are everyday terms that you will most likely be using in almost every post.

II: MIXUPS
These are homonyms that are commonly confused.

there - a place [Look at that idiot that can't spell, over there!]
their - possessive [Their baby monkey is very cute.]
they're - shortened version of they are [They're stupid.]
too - also [Can I come too?]
two - number [There are a total of two idiots on XmodWorld.]
to - toward [Let's go to Antarctica and meet the penguins!]
- you [¡Tú madre es el pollo picante!]
band - a group of musicians [Wow, that band 'Green Day' is absolutely horrid!]
banned - forbidden [I agree, they should be banned from playing music!]
a - one, single [A Canadien visits this site! Actually, many do!]
eh - canadien word [Eh?]
capital - not lower case [Wow, there are people who don't use capitals? This is madness, this is blasphemy!]
capitol - center of government [THIS IS SPARTA!!! We should go aware the king of this madness!]

IIV: Capitalization
These are the rules for capitalization.

1. The first letter of every sentence must always be capitalized.
2. Every person should be capitalized.
3. Every proper noun should be capitalized.

IV: Punctuation
These are the rules of punctuation.

1. Some sort of punctuation always ends a complete sentence.
2. These are the different types of punctuation: . ? !
3. A Question Mark (?) always follows a question.
4. A Period (.) always follows a default sentence.
5. An Exclamation Point (!) always follows an exciting sentence!

V: Other
These are other rules you should always follow.

1. I before U except after K [Something like that]. <- This rule is incorrect.
2. Use 'An' to replace 'A' if the first letter of the following word is a vowel.
3. Vowels: A, E, I, O, U, sometimes Y.

ashrimp,

While I applaude your efforts to get members to conform to basic language skills and refrain from "l33tspeak"(or whatever) this type of thing will do no good.

People will be the way they will be...you can't change them.

WTH???? this is stupid.. lock it... or move it to general discussion thread.. this is an xmod tut section i believe... not a grammar/spelling tut spec-.- lolz :lol:
