Our club had it's 1st enduro here at the Newburg Chehalem youth center on Feb. 10th. We want to thank them for the use of the bulding, and want to thank the Newburg Radio Shack for donating 1ST Place prize of an Evo Scion. Chriss W. wone copleating 264 laps in one hr. We had 21 drivers show up, so we had 3 heats with 7 in each of the 1st 2 heats and since winners advanced to the final heat, there were 9 cars in the finall.
We hope to have our next one the 3rd saturday of August. PM me or check out our clubs site. nwxmods[img]

Track was 34ft long and 24 ft wide
How far from Yakima, Washington? Our airsoft team has a few guys on it that are into XMods (they got me into it) and we are forming a local XMod club for racing once a week, so when I get the outdoor track finished I will post pictures of it.
I am looking into building an indoor track as well, for bad weather days or winter use, but am more interested in making it then buying it, do you know anyplace to just get the mats used to make the tracks?
Hey aznkevin4eva,
Are you refering to the listing on our club site? If so, our outlaw class states that ANYTHING goes, just have to use a minimum of 4 XMod parts. Criss has aSkyline that is the fastest. It runs ( I hope I get this right), on 7.2 LIPO's, twin "6-pac's" of FET's, a motor he wound himself, neo magnets, ball bearing can, small fan to keep it cool. This is on a more-or-less, Gen1 chassis. Even with the fan he can only run it about 2 min befor engine temp gets to high.
What is the outlaw rank thing like? you mean super modified?

Not enough people around here into XMODS. A hobby shop tried to open up here, lasted 3 months and went under.
Let me know when you meet, I might just make it down to your area.
Hey MONDGO, just looked up where Ramond Washington is. You arn't realy that far from us. If you want I can be sure to PM you befor our next big meet. We race twice a mont, and set up a nice play track a couple weekends a month. You would be more than welcome to come join us anytime you may end up in the Portland area.
Do you have a club that races up there?
Chriss was running his EVO chassis with his Camaro body on it. He has stacked FET's ,( the only non-RadioShack upgrade allowed), 2 wheel drive, brgs, stage 2 motor that he timed & dino'd himself.
Our club website is a bit behind at the moment, but check us out there; nwxmos.com, We will have our next big event listed there. I am trying to get a bit of the video I took posted. I hadn't used the camcorder for a long time and the video isn't as good as I wish. I will make sure and do better next time.
If you look by the closest finish line you can see the back side of a 3inch jump. on this lay-out
you can say that again Mongo!!!
Sweet. :D
I want that track.
What mods Chriss W. car has??
