Few week ago i have purchased my first XMODS Evo Bumblebee, and yesterday it arrived to Croatian custome office. I was very happy and couldn't wait to see how is this car in real. I left custome office without my Xmod rc because it arrived from Hong Kong, and i didnt know that i must have permission from government office for radio communications for importing this item for personal use??????
By some EU regulation, for importing any item that can be related to any type of rc or wireless controll, i must have some kind of radio office permission (safe toy, safe distance, environment friendly...etc.), and for that licence i need EC Declaration od Conformity for XMODS Evo from RadioShack factory or any official European distributor.
Usually distributors must got that licence befere they import toys in EU, so they also must have that Declaration before licence issue. You can help me by posting link to any shop or distributor curently working in EU countries, so i can email to them for that declaration. More links, more chance that i got that declaration.
